Clean hotel. One of our rooms had black mould in the Bathroom. it was good for the price we paid but definitely had some issues. Bartenders where great. food was good for the price. Al a carts weren't the best. Don't eat the lasagna at the Italian ala cart lol. other than the mould super clean. Great restaurants in the area.

We stayed at this resort for 9 nights 4/9-4/18/26. The check in process was painfully slow and the front staff were not friendly. Upgraded to premium level which was not worth it. Room had no air conditioning and staff was not accommodating. Room was dirty and very outdated. Food at breakfast and lunch was poor and dinners were terrible. Spa was overpriced and massage was probably the worst massage I've had. Expedia only allows a short review but I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Our group of 10 really enjoyed the food and drinks. The amount of choices were fewer than some of my past resort experiences but the resort size was as well. Pools were not overly crowded. Adult pool was good. Would be better if they allowed music and would have more than one man behind the bar

Biggest con was they did not have fruity water upon arrival, but they did offer to serve you a drink on arrival downfall though there was no fruity water anywhere on the premises. I like going to Mexico for fruity water. The property is large. There are three pools. The adult pool has a lot of drunk people at times but that’s OK. It’s still nice. The kid pool have family pool gets the most hours of sun in April. Just the way the hotel is situated. I’m not sure if it’s a timeshare that they tried to sell us sounded like a timeshare and I don’t think they gave everyone the same time share deal that was a little bit of a downfall, but can’t blame them for trying. Aquasize at noon was delayed one day, which was irritating, but it’s OK because the following day the aqua size guy was amazing. Food is hit or miss à la carts were pretty decent, but it was difficult to book because you had to wait in line at 8 AM and the line didn’t open till nine and food was pretty much the same every day at the buffet, they are fixing the elevator in the one tower but overall that wasn’t too bad. We didn’t do too many of the entertainment, but Michael Jackson was amazing and so was the tenors and then swimming off the beach is pretty sweet deal as long as the waves aren’t crashing down on you too hard note there are fish in that water, but it’s sporadic to see them and occasionally they fly out of the water and try to stab you. Good shopping nearby. Cheap bus is accessible and easy to get to.

My family and I recently returned from a 5-night stay at Tucancun for what we had hoped would be a relaxing vacation. Shortly after settling into our respective 'Premium' level family rooms, we began to discover that both rooms suffered from a poor level of maintenance. Several of the rooms' amenities were not functioning including a bathroom vent, electronic safe and extremely slow sink drain. We also began to see several cockroaches crawling on the floor and on countertops during the night. The next day I reported these concerns to workers manning both the Guest Services and Premium Lounge desks who said they would have these issues addressed right away and asked me to wait for them at our rooms which I did. After waiting for more than two hours, it occurred to me that nobody was coming to assist so I begrudgingly continued on with my evening. The next morning after that I sent a message to the property contact via the Expedia messaging system and have not yet received a response. While the resort has some good points such as decent food and pleasant workers, based upon the poor condition of our rooms and lack of follow through by staff I recommend that those planning a Cancun trip should look elsewhere.

This hotel was a huge disappointment from the moment we checked in. The room was dirty and felt very old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was especially bad—the toilet and sink made loud, unpleasant noises every time they were used, and the shower was visibly dirty. My daughter’s room had a leak, and while maintenance did come to fix it, they left standing water behind as if it was our responsibility to clean it up. That was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, the coffee machine was dusty, and the mini fridge was downright nasty. Basic cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. To make matters worse, it took an entire day to get fresh towels, even after going to the front desk multiple times to request them. The lack of responsiveness and attention to guests’ needs was unacceptable. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

You have to wait in line for a couple minutes to get into the buffet. The buffet was pretty basically and the same for the four days we were there.
