“Overall, a great hotel. The concierge for Expedia was very helpful. Lots of food options, overall the food was very good for all inclusive. The staff were friendly. There was plenty of entertainment, and overall the facility was very clean. The bed was comfortable, My only concern was the Push to buy into their version of the “timeshare” which I know is no longer called that,”

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“What was excellent about he property was the service we received. We go to resorts for the pool, and the sevice there from Noe, Alex and Erick. At the restaurants, Jose at Blanca blue was amazing and Martin from Bocados.”
