「Great room. The owner is clearly put attention to detail when designing and furnishing this room. The room is full of things you might need. Small things like plenty of USB plugs, kitchen utensils, a large bottle of water. There was even a first aid kit. The attention to detail made it a pleasant place to stay, and I found myself repeatedly being impressed by the room. After checking out, I realized I had lost something. The owner when above and beyond when it came to helping track it down....

「Room was spotless and well taken care of, staff was wonderful. I was a solo traveller and felt safe and welcomed in the hotel, i appreciated that its not a party hotel and was quiet while I was there for a conference. 」

「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」

「I give five stars because the hotel is great . Very good location. You can easily walk around and get what you need . I like the most is the hotel stuffs . They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . I can heard the music very loud in my bed . I couldn’t sleep well after a long day traveling. They help out to change another quiet room for me...

「Staff are super friendly. Pool, beach, restaurants, landscaping are all beautiful. Staff are friendly and everywhere. Family- friendly and quiet. Just a really nice place to relax. 」

「We had a villa oceanfront room. It was beautiful 😍 my husband and I had a great time. Jessica was our butler and she did an amazing job making reservations and cabanas. The staff at the bars and restaurants were so good. 」
