Great experience! The staff is absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional and so much fun. We loved Damasio at the pool bar, Andres, Ernesto and Gabriela at Tequila restaurant at breakfast and lunch, they absolutely made this stay amazing for us. We really had a good stay in this Hotel. Staff was great and service is A1 excellent! Food was also great tasting with a lot to choose from. The hotel itself is a little outdated but very clean! Would love to stay here again and their other Hotel chains! Seemed like a very good hotel company. Shout out to Angelo and Ferdina at breakfast buffet, as well as all the staff at Smoke house restaurant for great service. Thank you!

What a great resort…Beach Palace customer service was outstanding! We enjoy every single day of our stay. The staff from public relations go about and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and all the staff are kind and eager to help and please you. We truly had an amazing time and we will definitely come back. I highly recommend Beach Palace! Shout out to Carlos, Rafael, and the chef from Momo restaurant and all the wonderful personnel that made our stay memorable.
