Quiet environment, enthusiastic service from staff, good security, and pretty good privacy protection, which solved my problem of checking in two hours in advance. I am very satisfied with this hotel and will recommend it to my friends. Thank them.

The room is okay we pay to upgrade to the swimup suite. The butter is horrible, yes, I’m naming CESAR. He was doing great of never fulfilling your requests. You need text him three times and go find him at the desk one time to get the things done (request to cleaning the room and deliver a bottle of champagne). Oh, but he is super on time of kicking you out of the room by knocking at your door every 10 mins. I asked for a taxi after check out. He said absolutely and turned out “ Yes please you can request in front desk” The only thing he can do for you is texting you “my pleasure” The room is pretty wet and dinner is by reservation only. We only got two options to reserve and the others were fully booked. The food is nice and the restaurant staff are super nice.
