This is the 3 time we come and everything was amazing ! The beach was beautiful and they upgraded us to ocean view ! We had great service in the pool from Aurelio and Baltazar which go above and beyond and always with a smile ! The buffet was also amazing both in breakfast and dinner !

We had a wonderful stay at Paradisus Hotel. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. What really stood out was how family-friendly the resort is, with activities and amenities that made it a great place to travel with kids. The ambience and aesthetic was a breath of fresh air. Food ok but was usually a bit under cook for my liking even when ask to cook well. Very clean resort, friendy staff room didnt have a hot tub.

We are just back from an amazing vacation at Paradisus Cancun, everything was amazing. It's a perfect spot, the facilities are great, the staff absolutely amazing, the good was great... We upgraded to the Reserve which I highly recommend. If was honestly the perfect holiday.

Property is beautiful, food was good, but there were premium menu items not included in the all inclusive that were very good. Staff was a hit or miss some were very attentive and some were just there. I rate a 8/10 overall. We had a blast and property was very clean.

Amzing hotel, very clean with extremely friendly staff and excellent service. If you have ocean facing room view from the balcony is amazing. Only think I didn't really like is extremely urban atmosphere around. You have feelings you are in Florida surrounsed by buildings, not in Mexico, where you would expect the palm trees around.

There were no premium drinks available, and none of the bars even served cold beer. This was very disappointing and far below what we expected from this hotel. Spa service 5 star, Very clean Resort.

Everything was perfect. Jared, our concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciated the fact that the room would het cleaned several times a day. The resort also gifted us a small handmade heart to bring home.

Nice hotel and staff. I recommend getting the concierge service our experience has improved a lot since we got it and our host Fernanda was caring and very helpful . Nice restaurants especially the Italian restaurant was amazing. The sea view was beautiful!
