"The property offered breathtaking views, and the dining experiences were consistently excellent, showcasing a delightful culinary selection. Furthermore, the staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and a willingness to accommodate our requests, making our stay notably pleasant. While it's standard practice for concierge and resort staff to promote various events and services, we found the initial messaging regarding these offerings to be somewhat overwhelming and even subtly disguised upon our arrival. Although this aspect caused a brief period of confusion, it was, thankfully, the only minor drawback during our otherwise very enjoyable stay."

"Building is over due for renovations check in process is horrible and room cleaning not very good alot of facilities were closed but advertised they were open and food is 5/10"

"This property was pristine. The employees ensured the resort was spotless and took good care of us at the pool, bars, restaurants and in room cleaning. The liquor was all premium and they had a wide selection of beer/wine. The entertainment team was fun and energetic! Morning omelet and green juice was always perfect! Only complaints were the bed not very comfy and lunch selections both at buffet and at the grill were not very appealing. Was hoping for some shrimp tacos but did not have, just low quality beef hamburgers/hot dogs and wings and various offerings at the buffet that were meh. Fresh fish at restaurants at dinner (salmon, red snapper, etc). were always excellent. I would recommend for an adults only all inclusive just knowing that the food is ok, not great, but generally we could find something we liked well enough."

"Pros-Beautiful beach, room was nice and staff was super helpful. Cons- we weren’t told until we arrived that two of the four all-inclusive restaurants were closed (it appears permanently) and we were also subjected to a 45 min sales pitch upon check-in designed to get you to join their membership program. Overall we had a good time but be aware before you go"

"This is my second stay at Live Aqua and I love it more each time! We are a younger couple in our mid 20’s and the resort has the perfect mix of a calm and social crowd. The food is incredible, staff is incredible and many of them have been there for 10+ years which says a lot about how its run. There are multiple pools depending on your vibe and the beach access is unmatched. Highly recommend"
