「Housekeeping Cynthia was so kind and super sweet! Poor bar staff was incredible and attentive! Checking in was depressing because the lady clearly didn’t want to be there. We walked in all excited and she was awful and kept making comments to the lady standing next to her at the other computer (wish we would have gone to her instead). Then there was no parking even though we paid for it. We noticed only a few cars had parking passes and the rest didn’t. Then people were hogging 6+ chairs at 7am...

「They should have BreakFast available. And more variety of Food . Also the TiKiBar should have more special drinks. At the time of check In , Rooms should be Ready at the exact time or before , NOT later.」

「Clean property, nice amenities. Very friendly staff. The only complaint I have is that our neighbors the first night were very loud until almost 1am. I do know that has nothing to do with the hotel, however so I’d definitely stay here again.」
