“We were in town for a concert at walnut Creek. A short 12 minute drive from the venue. A great little condo with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.”

“This is a beautiful place to stay. The space is incredible. The decor makes it feel like you’re at the beach. General necessities like soap, water, shampoo, extra toothbrushes, toothpaste paste and more are provided contemporary. Most of all, those hosting this property were readily available for questions, responsive with concerns ( the brand newly installed stove had a little glitch) Which not only was dealt with almost immediately, the host even offered to send breakfast to us! “This apartment is clean and attractive. Beds are comfortable with soft sheets. Decor is attractive. Furniture is comfortable. Some small repairs are needed. The apartment complex is old and dated. This unit is downstairs of another apartment and we could hear footsteps from above. Parking is limited.”

“No hot water, no heat or a/c, dirty(food/dust ect), bed broken, chair broken and both were hidden and not disclosed. Had to ask for WiFi but got it too late to even bother with. WiFi box on floor in kitchen which could cause a tripping hazard. contacted host about issue and no action on her end. Contacted Vrbo and no response yet and it’s been over a week. Ended up leaving early and cutting trip short because of the issues and lack of attention to issues. Never got a refund either. But got cc……

“The condo was in a location convenient to the college and the football stadium. (We even walked the two miles after the game to avoid waiting in traffic). Parking was easy and close. The property was clean, and the beds were comfortable.”

“No complaints! The host was very responsive and friendly. Everything was laid out in the instructions for us. The place was clean. The kitchen had all the basics needed to prepare a simple dinner. We had 6 people stay and we all had plenty of room. The condo is in an apartment complex but no one bothered us and everyone we interacted with was nice. Like the host disclaimed in the description and we were expecting- we did notice a cigarette smell that was the strongest in the singular bedroom……

“My daughter and I stayed here for the Cary Ballet Conservatory’s winter intensive. This town home is close to everything anyone could possibly need, including a very short drive to the RDU airport. The home is located in an adorable tucked away neighborhood. There was plenty of space for us.”
