“I’d have to say our stay was good. The cleaning staff was great, receptionists and pool wait staff were also very helpful. A couple downsides…from our “Camelback view” rooms, you could only see palm trees, no view on the mountain whatsoever. The downside of pet friendly, was the dog in a room near ours barking a lot and a strong urine smell in the hall, which props to the cleaning crew, smelled of bleach in the afternoon. It was nice to have a spa onsite, but I’d probably rate it 6/10. ……
