“Beverly at the front desk is wonderful. The hotel is very convenient to all cta lines and a very reasonable price. Clean, quiet and comfortable bed. I've stayed here twice now, and I will stay again! The water pressure could be better on the higher floors, but that's my only complaint. ”

“Great atmosphere ”

“Overall we had a great stay, but it was more about price and location than anything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, so that was great! Rooms are outdated and there were obvious areas that were damaged from water. Carpet was very questionable/gross. Paid for a balcony but there’s rooms above you without a balcony that just open up to your balcony which is odd. Also no light on balcony so can’t use at night. Pool area is awesome but was disappointed as it was supposed to be temp……
