「I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The owner is really friendly and accommodating and he has two adrable dogs. I enjoyed spending time with them. The hotel is located between beach and city center. I can easily access both areas.」

「I thought we were supposed to stay in a villa with hotel services as described in your website.However,Our nightmare began when check in at the A18 villa.Instead of checking in at the hotel reception,a guy came over to the villa and claimed that he is hired by the owner of the villa.He said they are not part of the hotel group and manage this villa by their own,we did not have rights to enjoy any of the hotel services.The villa itself was totally different from what I have seen from the pictures...

「위치 : 오션스 빌라 L13 5베트룸 버틀러 : 친철함 응답빠름 청소 : 매일 청소 해줌 시설 상태 : 연식이 있어보이고 2층 복도 다닐때 삐끄덕 소리남, 물 깨끗함, 매일 생수를 줌 세탁기 있고 세제도 있음 건조기가 없어 불편함 습도가 높아 빨래가 잘 안 마름 대체로 깨끗함 습도로 인해 침구는 조금 눅눅함 냄새 : 대체로 양호하나 1층 방과 2층 옷장 같은곳에서 냄새가 남 버틀러에게 이야기 하니 즉시 향초 비슷한걸로 조치했으나 한국인이 좋아하는 향이 아니라 머리가 아팠음 롯데마트에서 장보면 직원이 직접 받아줘서 편함 버기카 : 안타봐서 모르겠음 개별 수영장 : 찬물이라 추워 수영을 못 했음 수영장은 깨끗했음 이상입니다 」

「The room was huge and the villa was great, floor was dirty on the first day of check in but the staff clean it up the next day, the master bed room shower drain is choked, other than that the stay was pleasant 」
