“The hotel its self is very grand and impressive. Parking is limited but there’s another car park literally over the road. Check-in was easy although a little noisy. It’s hard not to be impressed with such an amazing historical building. The room was absolutely massive. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Great choice of fresh pastry’s and the hot selection was of really good quality. Would definitely like to rerun again. ”

“Clean and tidy overall. Staff are attentive and professional. However, rooms facing the carpark were noisy overnight. I need asking for changing my room to the other side of the hotel.”

“I wish I have chance to visit the hotel but I didn't due to booking mistake. The Hotels.com and hotel staff are helping me for the cancellation refund and I hope to have further progress since there is not much new so far.”

“Spa access was not included. The rooms and hotel were very well worn, poorly kept. Lots of cleanliness issues, if you stand near reception you can hear the constant complaints including someone finding dirty underwear in their room! ”

“Set in beautiful surroundings with safe parking and top notch health and fitness suite. Easy access from M56 and close to all amenities including two golf course and super sports. Clubs. Hotel room was very modern and stylish,clean, welcoming and with good wifi and internet tv. Highly recommend for a reasonable weekend rate.”
