「I was impressed with how clean this hostal was. Our bathroom was sparkling and we'd have our rooms made every day. The location is incredibly good too! We walked pretty much everywhere.」

「The lane Fuencarral is a small lane but lots of people pass by, they talk shout and scream even in very late of the evening (three thirty in the morning . and the sound echo see! Two terrible nights there」

「Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also...

「The location is excellent. But the price is a bit high in terms of the size. The room is a dim in general. The overhead exhaust fan dripped in the midnight and hardly fall asleep 」

「The female staffs i had contact with were great, very lovely to talk to; room was very clean, but the small bathtube could be challenging for people with reduced mobility. The location is great which was also a problem of noise , all the party goers and road construction at night kept me awake; ongoing noises of water pipes and toilet flushing from neighbouring rooms were also a boomer.」
