“This was our first visit to CO, so first visit to Colorado Springs, too. This property proved to be a great launchpad for exploring the local area and also driving further out, with good access to the mountains. The host was communicative and helpful, onsite (floor above) too, so very accessible. Perhaps a little unusual (but clearly stated in the listing), the hosts live in the 2nd floor and part of the VRBO is a share access corridor which is used to move between to spaces on the ground……

“Extraordinarily beautiful home and location. There’s were 11 off us (5 adults and 6 children - ages 6-14). It handled us nicely. The property was immaculate. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen to accommodate our meal needs when we were not traveling. Great location, in striking neighborhood, accessible to so many excursion sites (Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge, Mountain Zoo, etc.) We took advantage of game options (early AM and PM) at house: pool, ping pong, darts, croquet, ladder toss, chess, etc. Our……

“Enjoyed staying here for a graduation celebration. The host was very accommodating. There are a lot of other cabins in the direct vicinity and so you are not alone and it’s close to busy road. Would stay here again if opportunity presented itself”

“We arrived to find the linens still in the washer & dryer, for us to finish and put away. There are far too many rules. There are signs all over the home to remind you constantly of the many rules. I am positive that we do not need instructions over the toilets on how to use them. The pictures in the listing must have been taken several years ago but everything is worn. The patio furniture is nothing like the photos. It clearly need replacement. The area is beautiful. We will return to the area……
