「I rated all 5 stars for the simple fact that Expedia continued booking despite Sunscape shutting down. However, when we arrived they were able to move us next door to Dreams and our service the entire process and confusion was wonderful.」

「The property is beautiful. We stayed in the Level Up rooms on the on beach. While there was a ton of seaweed in the ocean and really not swimmable, the resort next door had none and that is where we went for snorkeling and swimming. The staff were excellent. The swim up bar was awesome, but it was closed for the last three days we were there and that was a bit disappointing but the lobby bar was open and staff made sure we had drinks when needed. The food is just okay, but we did not have...

「Propeety grounds were beautiful. Our upstairs room (# 1523) stayed cool, but I heard of others having a hard time getting their room to cool off. The food was nothing to brag about. We didnt go hungry, but it was not good. The dinner buffet was comparable to Wester Sizzlin's worst day. The lunch buffet was not very good either. The breakfast buffet was the best of the three. For their "specialty" restaurants, you are only allowed one meal for every three days stay. Reserve those as soon as you...

「Traveled with a group of 6 and we had a great time. Had a 3 bedroom that gave us plenty of space. The water was amazing for snorkeling, kids loved the pool. Staff was great, favorite restaurant was the grill by the water and buffet for breakfast. The other restaurant for dinner was just okay, took at least 2 hours each night to eat dinner, service was very slow and food at times was not good. Over all minus dinner we had a great time」
