「Our room was cold. The heater, although, was turned to 80C, never got warm. There wasn't a breakfast. The closest attached restaurant was closed M-W. Our room flooded from the storm. The bathtub whirlpool jets shot out some black gunk into the bathtub. There wasn't a desk in the room to some work on my laptop. Highboy chair was too uncomfortable. Needed an ottoman for the couch.
