“Fairly small apartment, but nicely decorated, comfortable and very well equipped. Big picture windows looking on to garden area, so light inside. No sea view, but walking distance to the beach (except that my mother is 100 years old and couldn't have managed the walk back up, but we expected that).I had a bit of trouble finding it. My satnav took me there but I didn't see the signage at first, and with no mobile signal I couldn't bring up the email with the written instructions. So believe your……

“A very comfortable stay great location.”

“We stayed here for a few days as a “home base” for day trips to Dartmoor, Exeter and the Devon coast. Rob greeted us on arrival and was a charming host. The cottage was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable – we cooked in most nights and the kitchen was up to the task. We especially enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace. Parking is a breeze (immediately outside the cottage) and Honiton is only an 8-minute drive for supplies and antique shopping! Highly recommended.”
