「Great location near the airport. I love the room space. The only issue I had was with the front desk person in the morning. I'm there to checkout and the young lady, just looked at me and took my card. I have to initiate a "Good Morning" and leaving a "Thank you" . Make sure you do secret shoppers on your customer service staff.」

「It's an older property, but very well mantained. This was our 2nd trip in 2 years, and they seem to be constantly improving the grounds. In my opinion, it has one of the nicest, and longests, beaches of the resorts in Montego Bay. We will be back next year. 」

「I had a wonderful experience at this resort. The only mishap is that I requested double beds but when I got to the resort they informed me that there was only a room when one bed available. I had to sleep on a cot which wasn’t good for my back. However the staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and engaging. I also loved the entertainment. I would definitely go back to this resort.」

「I booked Iberostsr because I saw their property in Cancun and was in awe. The resort was nice. Staff amazing. Food pretty good. The beef patties at the truck on the beach …superb. Our room was ok. We had a slow shower drain which made taking a shower unplesssnt. All and all had a relaxing stay 」
