“We thought the property was lovely. The only complaint was that the floors needed a good scrubbing. Our bare feet were filthy from walking around the house. Some minor things were the master bath toilet was loose from the floor and the one bathroom upstairs had a loose toilet seat. Their was a little confusion in the lobby when we checked in and people got helped before us that arrived after ua but things like that sometimes happen. The resort itself has everything and the shuttle service was……

“Tv didn’t work for 2 nights, after 2 calls for maintenance they swapped it out. Bathrooms are dated compared to other Courtyard I stayed at. Bath tub had paint chips coming off the bottom”

“This hotel was nice but the rooms are not the greatest. The bathroom area was bad and small. The room was ok but the air conditioning was fantastic. The food for breakfast was good but they need a better way to pour the coffee and they need flavored creamers. ”

“I liked the location in reference to the beach and restaurants. Loved the pool area and the speed with the maintenance requests and office staff were very helpful. Highly dissatisfied with mattresses. It is evident that the furniture was purchased second hand but it would have been nice for the owner to invest in quality mattresses and vacuum. The vacuum cleaner was broken and ductaped back together with an unclean filter. As well as none of the headboards were attached to any of the beds. ”

“We loved how easy it was to see and get to the beach. It was cool while we were there so the hot tubs were a hit also. We were in town for a college softball tournament and this place was perfect for the week. There were only 2 of us, but there was definitely room for more.”

“Gate code not sent before check in. No cell signal at gate so it was very hard to get in. Condo was basic but clean. No hot tub at pool. Not enough bath towels. NO pool towels. NO hair dryer. ”
