“Lovely three-bedroom townhome equipped with all the essentials. Comfort level is adequate for a long or short stay but could be improved (Bed could be softer) . Communication was functional but felt somewhat impersonal. Be aware: guests must dispose of their own garbage at public facilities to dodge extra fees. I was a bit annoyed loading up garbage in my car to dispose of it. That said, I could’ve opted to pay the $15 per bag which I just felt as a matter of principle I was wrong.……

“I came from Florida to Toronto on a solo trip. When I arrived here I had to wait 20 min to get access to my room because I was never sent instructions. I was told to use the key pad, which was finicky and then a guy saw me struggling so he helped and was actually able to push the door open. It was not even locked. (I told the owner this and no response- not safe!) I packed enough clothes to last me a few days because it clearly states under the amenities that you can do laundry during your stay.……
