“This is a great little find. Perfect for a family who doesnt want to be on top of one another in a hotel. It's a little far out for a quick walk to the city center, but the area is beautiful safe and quiet. It was a great find for the pinch we were in when the trains were shut down and we didnt have a place to stay.”

“Actually, we were not able to stay. I did climb the 30 steps to get to the apartment, and it was a very nice place. 40 years ago, it would have been suitable for my wife and I. It would be better suited to younger travelers since all bags have to be carried up the steps. However, I cannot fault the owners because I did not pay close enough attention to the description”

“I'd really recommend Distiller's House, our apartment was immaculately clean & very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped & the tea & coffee sachets etc were a nice touch, as was the coffee maker. All communication was done via WhatsApp which was handy & straightforward. Distiller's House is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, but is so convenient for Haymarket train station & the West End tram stop. There's a few nice pubs very close by & a fabulous Italian restaurant about a two minute……

“The place was spotless, tidy, and felt just like home the moment we arrived. It was spacious and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and extremely helpful, even though we booked last minute, which made things stress-free. The location is fantastic, with lots to do nearby. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it”
