“The hotel room was very clean and comfy and what i considered to be a massive bargain considering the price of hotels in edinburgh for the same night. The service was fantastic but breakfast was phenomenal to service and to food itself. I will be retur ing for my next trip to edinburgh. £120 for the night with breakfast for 2 people with two lattes and two teas. Phenomenal!!!”

“This is one incredible hotel too stay in when you visit Edinburgh, its a 3 min walk from Haymarket station. And the Castle, Royal mile and other areas are within walking distance. It’s very safe area. The staff are amazing and make your stay perfect! The rooms are beautiful. And the onsite restaurants are amazing too. I will definitely be staying again. ”

“The landlad, Linda was extremely helpful. She booked golf tee time for us at a nearby golf course. soffiicinet free car parks provided. Quite near to the city centre. free wifi od strong signal. “Near to perfect place for stay, from facilities, to staff, to location. Spacious, comfy, good sound proof, with everything you need for short or long stay. Will definitely come back if there's a chance. Above expectation provisions include free capsule coffee in lobby, Netflix, and WhatsApp contact with reception which made communication much easier and convenient. Only complaint is the weak water pressures in shower and lack of pillow options. The pillows are bulk and too high for us.”
