“Booked 2 nights over and can't fault room condition apart from being a family of 2 adults and 2 daugters would have expected 2 separate rooms but apart from this no issue and spotless clean and really nice view. My only complain would have been using swimming pool , water temperature was super cold but sauna and steam room excelent and didn't quite understood why to pay for the carpark since owned by hotel. Had a really good stay , breakfast was excellent all single staff were so helpfull and……

The gardens are amazing and you can walk down to the river Tamar from the hotel. Breakfasts amazing, dinner good. Small niggle; pillows are all the same. I like a softer version fwiw. Hope to come back again; really a stunning spot.”

“This B&B hotel was beyond our expectation, really nice and warm feeling staying there. Only 10 min driving to Plymouth downtown, quite and comfortable. Nice and traditional building with good experience. Good breakfast and condition that we really enjoy staying there for 2 nights. “Overall experience is nice. We stayed in room 5 for 3 nights. It would be feel better if the walls refurbish, replace the old boiler and unusable cooking pan and pot. Also, the exhaust fan In the bathroom should be clean regularly. All the staffs are very nice and helpful.”
