“The Hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The beds are too soft and made my back hurt. The last night of my stay there was a loud noise coming from the boiler room across the hall. Everything else was great!”

“Room was spacious and clean. We had an ocean view room with balcony. The complimentary breakfast was decent. All of the staff was nice. Pool area was great. Walk to the beach was convenient. The only complaint we had is the bathtub did not drain properly, it filled with water while taking a shower and took forever to drain. We let front desk know. I can’t say if they did try to fix it or not. We were out of the room until late night, it wasn’t fixed when we came back. Other than that, no……

“It looks like the mattress has been used for too long. Even just looking at it, the center is sunken in. Breakfast was good. The room is clean and quiet.”

“It was great because it was right on the beach, but we didn't have a view of the gulf. It was strange with all communication coming via text -- no check-in at a desk. It was nice to get messages daily from what I called "the team" and I was able to ask any querstions. I just miss some face-to-face time. ”

We had to call to get the information and it was very time consuming. “Easy to check in and out. Directions for check in and out were communicated well. Location was great. Tv was hard to operate. Lamps, tiles and bathroom needed major repair and updating. Towel racks on the balcony would have been a plus. Balcony was nice size though. Nice to have washed and dryer in unit but had to self clean it because it was very dirty. Could have used a better clean up before check in. ”
