“The place was clean enough when we walked in, but quickly noticed that there was only cold water running in the bathroom. It was hot a sticky in the bedrooms because there is no air conditioning. They only have one wall unit in the TV room with no AC units in the bedrooms. So after not getting to take a shower after a long day of travel, I sweated all night then didn’t get to take a shower before leaving.”

“The location of the home was not ideal, as the neighborhood was dirty and not very welcoming or safe. There was a dirty old mattress in the front yard, and a driveway to a separate property that was also a rental behind this one, which created some parking troubles with the other tenant due to a lack of communication from the host. The other tenant left a nasty note and was rather cold during our overlapping time. Inside the home, we were met with dirty, sagging floors, a moldy washer-dryer……
