“Very small townhome. Comfortable beds and great hot water and water pressure. Just right for two or three people. Nearby to beaches and playground. The neighborhood is very quiet. Backyard is a little scruffy but it’s to be expected at springtime. Gas grill works great. Thank you for letting us stay for 35 nights.”

“Title says it all! Condo is a slice of heaven! It's very refreshing when a place is clean inside, well stocked kitchen, cozy bed, attention to detail in general and a great layout! Out back you have a balcony to end the day. It was our first time going to Perdido Key beach it was perfect not overcrowded like Orange Beach. Very secluded and private. Shop owners and resteraunt staff are all very polite and friendly. Pete was a wonderful host answers questions, fast responder, offers suggestions……

“This is the perfect location if you want a quiet beach vacation away from the crowds, but still be close enough to activities and restaurants. The unit is clean, nicely furnished, and a very short walk to the beach. Perfect for a couple or family with 1 or 2 younger children. May be a bit crowded for a family with teens. Highly recommend!”

“Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Caribe Resort. The condo was a perfect location in the heart of Orange Beach, very clean, and spacious. The resort staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was conveniently located near the front door of Building C and a short walk to the condo. Some of our favorite amenities: excellent balcony view of the Gulf on floor 8, three bedrooms & three bathrooms (great for privacy when needed), we loved the resort mini golf / basketball court / pickleball……

“I was suppose to stay with my friends at your beach house. But since they were a little older than me in their late 70s and early 80s they didn’t stay at the house. The steps was a no. So they stayed an hour away from the beach house. I just joined them every day. I enjoyed myself. I liked the quite.”
