"There was no coffee supplied in our room from day 1. I asked each day for both the tea, coffee and milk to be replenished. The milk was restocked on my first request, but no coffee. I requested coffee again, plus extra milk, but neither were restocked. This was the only thing that let this property down"

"Internet signal was strong; no issues connecting. The room was very clean and the view was spectacular. "

"The property has no carpark. £26 a night to park in carpark short walk from hotel. Room was very small, hardly any space to move around. Kettle was always leaking when pouring, hot water every where. The staff could look better if they wore trousers rather than jeans. Especially in the restaurant."

"Stayed in executive room 4th floor with balcony. Spacious and clean with a very comfortable king size bed and sofa. Spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Nice range of tea and coffee facilities. Conveniently located for O2 using DLR two stop to Canning Town then jubilee line one stop. Lovely cooked breakfast available. Impressive interior with opulent central stair case. Would stay again. "

"Great hotel for the Excel Centre, perfect for any business travelers that are doing an exhibition at the Excel. Decent pool, steam room, sauna, and the rooms were nice. Cleaning staff actually cleaned the rooms everyday and the staff were nice. "

"For the second time at this hotel we parked our car and advised this (and gave our reg) when we checked in. Only to be absolutely harassed during our stay to move the car as the car park was needed for a private event. "
