"Overall great location to be close to mountains and Denver. House is setup great as a VRBO with every room having it's own bathroom and multiple on first floor with no stairs. Barn worked great for a small wedding of 40 people. Little trouble getting the contract for the barn, but seems like the process is going to be smoothed out going forward."
