「Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We did not receive any housekeeping services during our entire stay, and it was clear that the hotel was severely understaffed. At one point, we were given pool towels because there were no clean bath towels available. Breakfast was also disappointing. Trash continued to pile up throughout the area, while only one staff member appeared to be on duty and was trying to manage everything on their own. I felt bad for the employee because it was...

「The apartment is extremely clean and very comfortable and set up very well. Norma and Phil are easy to talk to and communication was smooth. We really enjoyed the peaceful setting and would have loved to use the firepit but was rained out. The ponies and kitten were fun to watch and we're friendly. Everything you would need is provided. The beds were comfy too. Would definitely stay again!!」

「House has many amenities but the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property was lacking. Carpets need cleaned due to pet smells, many of the sink drains were stopped up and appliances were hard to use. Our family did have a good time but don’t know that we would stay here again.」
