"My first time staying at this hotel, my experience was actually good.. Good restaurants "

"All in all, the place is pretty decent. Staff don't really talk to you much. The hotel is decently clean. No amenities to this place. It was decently quiet every night. There was one night that a woman was outside screaming at her boyfriend, I just minded my business and went inside. My only complaints are the bed was pretty firm and that the hot water doesn't get hotter than room temperature. "

"Let me start of by saying that the room was nice and clean. Our main complaints dealt with the amenities that were advertised but not available during our stay. We booked the weekend at this hotel in particular because it was advertised to have a bistro and a bar in the hotel as well as an indoor pool. During the 3 days we were there, the bistro wasn't open once. Not for breakfast or in the evening for dinner. The front desk said that the person that ran it just "didn't show up." Even if it was staffed, calling the bar a bar is a giant reach. They displayed some general beers and a couple wines, and that was it, but we wouldn't have been able to get that anyways so no one ever ran the bistro. As far as the pool was concerned, it was freezing. It was supposed to be a heated indoor pool, but it was freezing. The building itself was freezing too. They didn't have any towels in the pool room, so my husband went and asked the front desk to which they said they would bring us some. We swam for a few hours, and the towels never came. The shelves stayed empty. So we ended up having to go back up to our room soaking wet. We encountered an employee from the laundry staff as we were waiting to get on the elevator, and told her about the pool room not having towels and about telling the front desk. She just said to ask the laundry staff next time. We booked here because of the promised amenities, and I wish we would've stayed elsewhere. "

"Facility is a bit dated. Not a good use of space in the rooms. It’s a bit noisy with sounds inside the building. Refrigerator didn’t work and there was no microwave. "

"I normally don't have an issue with this establishment nent other than the room keys never work correctly. But this stay there where other issues that were just hard to ignore "

"Well there's not a proper category for the "sometimes" key, that doesn't open the outside rear door, but does open an in inside bathroom door my wife wasn't talking about, but the desk clerk was very proud of. There was a used towel that greeted us in the armoire, probably a thank you for the Goldilocks shower, which managed to skip just right. There was also a HUGE dark stain on the box spring, which, from the coloration, we were rooting for blood. Maybe rotate it away from the head, or towards the wall. At least it passed my wife's bug check.Also, I would like to know where they got the picture of the breakfast, so I can eat there. Maybe it's different on Sunday. We didn't get to the hot tub. The beds were comfy,the blinds were dark, good AC. Close to 71, and there's a Wendy's that shares the lot. So it's not ALL bad."
