“Owner refused to share any information and ASKED me to ASK again in 24 hours before, instead of sharing herself the actual address, parking info and door code even when the reservation was paid in full a month ago. Reservation didn’t say which room was it and we had to knock on doors at 2am of strangers to figure it out. Mosquitoes were no fun, but welcome waters in fridge and coffee were positive ”

“The metal windows had to be kept closed, blocking all natural sunlight, which is important for some people to wake up naturally. The bathroom cabinet didn't have a mirror, since the door had been removed. It took a long time for hot water to be available.
