「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「This hotel was super cool! Felt like you were walking back into history then greeted by the most friendly staff. Perry was super cool super helpful and Hella nice. 「The hotel is a bit older, so there are some things to be aware of. The pool is not heated so it's very cold so you probably won't be doing a lot of swimming. The water tanks aren't very big so for those people who like to take long showers this is not the hotel for you.
