“The staff at this resort definitely makes the experience so so great. Ricky, the concierge, accommodated our large group’s needs and took care of any need we had. The waitstaff was always very friendly and kept the drinks flowing… shoutout to Genaro who was so friendly and always went the extra mile for us. There’s so many activities offered throughout the day and Carlos and Roberto made everything so so fun. This was our second time at this resort and it won’t be our last!”

“We had a great vacation during Christmas 2025 at Viva Maya. Large buffet with lots of different options, and when the buffet was closed they have a kitchen by the pool. Make sure to make reservations for the A La Carte restaurants right when you arrive for the rest of your stay, you will not get in same day or even 1 day before. The mexican restaurant and staff there were so much fun. The staff that stood out for us were Jose Luis at Cafe Maya, which has the best coffee, frappes, and……

“This is a very cute hacienda. The grounds are really unique. It has a small cenote and a prayer space. The pool is in the center of a creatively decorated garden. We loved this hidden peaceful gem, and extended our stay!”
