"No sabían de mi reserva, me querían cobrar más, tardaron en darme la habitación, el baño no tenía agua, me cambiaron a otra y la cama estaba rota, me regresaron a la primera pero tiraron agua por todo el pasillo, la limpiaron con la puerta abierta y entraron moscos, de la regadera no sale agua. En general muy malo."

"This is a very cute hacienda. The grounds are really unique. It has a small cenote and a prayer space. The pool is in the center of a creatively decorated garden. We loved this hidden peaceful gem, and extended our stay!"
