「Great service. Place clean but needs a deep clean. Microwave need to be situated somewhere else. Safe needs to be fixed. Rug has to go. No need in a warm place like Playa. It would be better if the occupier can create their own entry code. Also, you should provide free access to the main entrance. Thank you!」

「Ive been to Playa Del Carmen over ten times and have stayed at seven different resorts. We stayed a total of 13 days and truly enjoyed our stay. I wanted to give a shout out to Carlos Quintal in the Grill restaurant. Carlos Quintal truly defined what customer service is all about. He was so attentive to our needs and also a true gentleman. Carlos, along with a great resort, is the reason we plan on returning. A+」

「This is a very cute hacienda. The grounds are really unique. It has a small cenote and a prayer space. The pool is in the center of a creatively decorated garden. We loved this hidden peaceful gem, and extended our stay!」

「Honestly the BEST customer service i've had in a long time. Travelled with 7 girls for a bach. It was a small resort, walkable, clean and the team was unbelievably kind. Special shout out to Jorge the Chef. I am celiac and he walked me around the buffet telling me what was safe and what wasn't & even brought me my own dessert! So kind & accommodating, would recommend!」
