“Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . ”

“Amazing staff and beautiful grounds! Top shelf booze!!! Did not like the beach want very walkable…. Lots of rocks . Resort should have different colored tiles on the steps of the pool… very hard to see until you smash your toes😳”

“The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. ”

“We liked the location, on the waterfront, at the north end of the malecon. We like the older style of the hotel, which started operating 70 years ago. ”

“Really clean property, really friendly and attentive and staff. Sales staff (for Krystal Rewards) were REALLY pushy, which was annoying. Perhaps it's because we went towards the end of busy season/beginning of the off season, but there were 2 of 7 nights that all property restaurants were closed, many nights only one restaurant was open. We were able to enjoy the great breakfast buffet on the Hacienda side only once before it was closed for the duration of our stay. On 2 occasions, we weren't……

“This was cute resort perfect for social media, food and drinks 5/10 since it was buffet style only certain food were good and the drinks were from premade mixes. I loved the fresh stations like eggs any style, pancakes or chilaquiles those were the best. Staff were wonderful we asked for extra towels they were at our room in 5-7min. Short walk from beach area where they had another bar and beach chairs for us.”
