预订弗雷泽酒店宾馆住宿限时优惠

“Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything……

“前台服务态度需提高”

“Very spacious room and Simon at the front desk was awesome. Will be back”

“We had an amazing, relaxing time time. Jon was awesome!”

“Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to action. Super cute. Moose wandered through the property while we were there! The reasons it didn’t get 5 stars: -Breakfast was odd. Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd. -Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left. -No bathroom fan.”

“Our room felt a little like we were staying in a Final Destination movie. The ceiling fan was hanging on by just two wires and looked like it could have come flying off the ceiling had we turned it on. There were also sharp, exposed wall anchors less than two feet above the head of the bed, and the deck railing was extremely loose and wobbly. Needless to say, the room could use some serious maintenance and safety updates. These weren’t just cosmetic issues, but genuine safety concerns. On a……

“The room facilities are modern.”

“Everything was awesome however, the room tends to get warm during the day and night even though the thermostat states different.”

“房間的布置，特別是寢具的花色和牆上的大熊壁畫，很帶給人在森林之中的放鬆舒適感。軟硬適中的床墊和合宜的空調，讓很難入眠的我竟然可以一覺到天明。小瑕疵是浴缸的水龍頭有點鬆動，浴室角落有些灰塵。雖然沒提供早餐，對於要早一點出門的我們來說算是剛好。謝謝旅館對待客人的用心，但是對於忘了留小費感到很不好意思。”

“Room was lovely and very clean John, at the desk, was very personable and helpful Only dis’s appointment was the fact that there was no microwave in the room Breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious”

“The rooms are not cleaned well, debris in corners and most noticeable was the various stains on the top comforter. I called in to get a new comforter and was told their employees are not allowed to remove those (for washing) due to safety concerns. I insisted it was a safety concern for a paying customer and they proceeded to remove it for me. It was shocking to get that as a response. In addition, trying to order room service (in room dining) was a 45 min adventure. Online they advertise it but……

“We checked in at 8pm after a long drive and never got a code to get into our room till 10:20 pm called, text, drive around for 2 hours. Finally at 10pm we had to check in at a different hotel because no one was helping us and it was late and our child needed to go to bed. They refused to give a refund because that is their policy. Yet their policy also says they will text the room number and door code once you check in. Not 2.5 hours later will they send a code. If you want a place to actually……

“Every aspect of our stay was top notch.”

“I had a hard time checking in late. The number listed on Expedia didn’t work. The property manager/owner isn’t onsite in the evening. Another person staying helped me get checked in. It was difficult to tell where the entrance was. It wasn’t lit up. The room we had was so cute. The property owner was nice when we net him and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!!”
