“Billy, the young man that checked us in, was absolutely amazing!!! He accomodated us in every possible way. When I booked with Expedia, when prompted about special needs, I specifically asked for a handicap accessible room with a roll away bed. We have three young teens, one of which has just finished nine months of chemo and had his lower left leg amputated This information was nit shared with Baymont!
