"I happily give 5 stars for the overall convenient and scenic location, lovely facilities, helpful staff and chic eateries. On the "needs improvement" was the musty smell of the room (great ocean view!) and inconsistent cleaning crew. eg, sometimes the used tea bag/towels/pillows were replaced and sometimes not. (I'm all for eco-housekeeping, but expect it to be consistent.) "

"Good experience. Cleaning staff were loud when they came knocking on our door which woke up our 6 month old so please don't forget to leave a sign on the door. Other than that, would go back. "
