「charming, beautiful historic building staff very helpful. view amazing restaurant and bar very good hotel rooms are probably newer, We were in the main bldg over the kitchen and lovely but a basic room.」

「The history of the hotel is amazing, the cleanliness, not so much. Hairs on our sheets, sticky bathroom floor, rude staff members, inadequately supplied toiletries. Would never recommend anyone pay $400 for this. Better places with better customer service in the area.」

「The location of this little motel is perfect if you're taking the ferry to Block Island the next day. It's just two miles from the ferry port. 「We stayed at this hotel so we could be near my son as it was parents weekend at URI. Lovely grounds and definitely a winery feel to it. Check in and out was simple. Our Room was Lovely... but just a few things could be improved on..expensive hotel so I suppose I expected more... the was a wedding going on so there was loud music until approx. 11pm with lots of guests returning to their rooms making alot of noise. No coffee machine in the room. In our room the bathroom sink had no area to place...

「Marginal at best, mold in the bathroom, ceilings that haven’t been repainted from leaks, king size bed with twin size pillows, no where to sit except for a small chair, no working iron broken, fridge that leaked! Awful stay!」
