“Definitely enjoyed the riverview. However the room had missing linoleum, my wife was cut on the rope pull on the closet door. We also put our dont disturb hanger on door because we didn't want housekeeping and on the day b4 we left, the door tag was on when we left in the morning (9am) and by 1100am the door tag was totally gone and our privacy was invaded by housekeeping. So not happy about that. Also the Margaritaville restaurant across the street was terrible. Food was not good. ”

“Excelente hotel! Cerca de todo y sobre todo de la Isla de Pigeon Forge. El hotel huele super rico y esta muy limpio y super lindo. Nos quedamos solo una noche. Nos atendieron rápido. Incluye el estacionamiento más no el desayuno y tiene un costo de $14.95 por persona. La habitacion estuvo excelente. En fin me encanto todo ! Lo recomiendo y volveria. “We had a good stay overall. The place was nice. And the location makes everything extremely easy to get to. The only negatives were the toilet handle is broken and gets stuck open and the wifi turned off at midnight 2 nights in a row in the middle of us streaming a movie.”

“When we arrived we noticed the converted motel was renovated nicely for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom area, however the living room area (which is supposed to sleep the other 2 people (up to 4) was severly lacking on comfort and reasonability. Even with my teenage son who can mostly sleep anywhere the pull out sofa was so old and the pad was so thin that you could feel the springs when you would lay on it. “We stayed four nights for our anniversary. The room was nice, not new but nice. It was clean when we arrived. We were advised upon check-in that there would be no maid service during our four-night stay. If we wanted fresh towels or toiletries, we would have to come to the desk & get them ourselves. The room was quiet & the beds were comfortable. The a/c worked great. Overall a good stay but a four-night stay should have come with maid service.”
