"When I got off the elevator the hallway was extremely dirty and the carpets, trim and walls were in very bad shape. I wanted to leave then, but I was stuck since I already paid. When we turned down the bed, the sheets were dirty. I asked for another room. I was given one, but the front desk clerk told me she did not have to give me one since I booked through a 3rd party. She also said she wasn’t suppose to make changes after 15 minutes. Following that, I would have had to enter my room and turn down the bed within 15 minutes even if I checked in at 3:00. Rediculous. Very rude. No way to contact a manager, not even the next morning. Don’t use this hotel. Dirty, disrepair, rude "

"Partial ocean view over the pool beautiful view Very nice balcony Room very clean and comfortable. Only issue was housekeeping we were there 3 days one day only got 2 clean towels no new washcloths or hand towels. Next day took all used towels and left only bath towels no wash cloths or hand towels. Also trash containers are small but never emptied. Was happy to see a separate container for recycling. Other than that the stay was amazing all staff very friendly and helpful "

"Room 354 Our stay from February 25 to March 1 was very disappointing, especially considering the price of over $200 per night. The room was never cleaned during our stay, even though we requested housekeeping. The staff told us they do not clean rooms during a guest’s stay, which was never communicated beforehand. The first night we didn’t even have pillows and had to wait until the next day to receive them. When it rained one night, the roof leaked inside the room, creating puddles on the floor and on a chair. I have photos documenting this. To make matters worse, when I asked for towels to clean up the water, the staff said they did not have any available. Overall, the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards, especially for the price paid. I would not recommend this property unless management improves maintenance, housekeeping, and guest support."
