“We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was peaceful and a nice getaway but still close enough to Hilo. The view of the ocean every morning as the sun rises is so special. We loved meeting all the adorable chickens and ducks. The accommodation itself is simple but functional with all needed amenities. Host was awesome! ”

“The Cozy Tropical Retreat was just as advertised. It was located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to parking through a dedicated guest security gate. The bed was comfortable and the full kitchen had everything we needed to prepare great meals. Raul was quick to respond to our questions and special requests. The AC worked great. I wish we would have had more time to spend in Hilo at the Guest House. The guest information book was a masterpiece!”

“We enjoyed our stay at Pineapple Loft. It was very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was a few short blocks from Downtown Hilo with many restaurants and stores near by. The beds were comfortable. If we return back to Hilo, I would welcome the opportunity to stay there again.”

“Spacious and inviting place! Decorated like a real person lives there, so we felt more like welcomed house guests in contrast to staying at a sterile hotel. Kitchen had all the tools we needed. AC worked when needed, water hot, plenty of towels and linens. Great neighborhood location very close to excellent reataurants Temple Bar and Jackie Rey's. ”

“We loved staying at this lovely home. We opened the door and it immediately felt like home. Extremely clean and neat located and walkable to downtown and only a few minutes from the airport and major roads for activities. Very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Our host, Simone, was lovely and left a welcome note, coffee and cookies along with other thoughtful touches throughout.It was the perfect place for our family and we enjoyed our stay very much.”
