“I don’t complain about the sound in the night(frog, birds). I am ok for that. House service people make me uncomfortable. ”

“Linda was exceptional and the breakfasts she prepared for her guest were the best. I would highly recommend her B and B.”

“The breakfast was great and people are so nice there.”

“Lovely hosts, amazing breakfast and a great location”

“If you're looking for a truly quiet and secluded getaway, look no further. You will feel like you're the only house on the planet. At first I was weary of the weather, but I found that the rain makes this place even more cozy and charming! Listening to the pitter patter on the roof with the windows open helped me sleep like a baby. Not to mention enjoying the gorgeous cooler temps in what I call the second living room which is outside! The hot tub was suuuuch a vibe with the string lights at……

“There was bugs everywhere. Thankfully they let us switch to another property.”

“Staying here was a once in a lifetime experience! We were just steps away from the ocean which was breathtaking to view from lava rock cliffs. Our accommodations really set the vibe for this part of the Big Island. It was very tropical and like living in a rain forest with the greenery and fragrant flowers. The outdoor shower was a refreshing experience ( though an indoor shower is available, this outdoor shower is a must-do). Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided, many little……

“Excellent place with good hospitality. Highly recommend it”

“Well-situated to beautiful coastal walking. Friendly, helpful proprietors, quiet and comfortable ”

“Lovely spot to enjoy Volcano National Park. The small town is quite limited, so maybe not ideal for a long stay. The Bamboo Guest house was well suited for our family of four. Our two children slept on the “floor futons” and were very comfortable. The house is not air conditioned, which means the windows must be open when it is warm out, allowing some bugs and moisture in. But, the rain forest vibes are pretty nice. Really enjoyed the Japanese soaking tub. WiFi is very spotty. Host was lovely……
