「Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. 」

「Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.」

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. 「The house was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, and amenities were as advertised. The neighborhood was generally pretty quiet and never felt unsafe. 「We would definitely stay here again! Nice, quiet, pleasant neighborhood, close to downtown Sanford. Apartment was super clean and well appointed for us. The decor was fun and for someone who grew up in the 80's, appreciated all the details and thought that went into the remodel. No stove/oven, but has microwave and burner. All we needed.」
