“We stayed here for parent's weekend at UCF. I needed a house for myself, my daughter (who attends UCF but stayed with us), my parents, close family friends, and my dog. The house was extremely clean. We had plenty of room for everyone and enjoyed being able to sit together in the living room. The lakeview is really pretty. We played one of the many games provided in the home. It was a perfect place to stay.”

“We loved our stay here! The home was very comfortable and easy for my Mom (90) to get everywhere she wanted to be. We enjoyed morning coffee, evening cocktails and even caught a few fish from the shady, comfortable dock.The wildlife was cool too....we saw all kinds of critters. There were 2 cranes that loved to look at themselves in the sliding glass door. So funny and entertaining.”

“We had a wonderful time visiting with our son who is a flight instructor in Daytona. This is a great location for a family to gather. Embry Riddle Aeronautical University is about 10 minutes away if you are visiting your child during the school year and looking for a place to stay nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet. The host, Scott, is very communicative and helpful. ”

“What a great space. 2 big bedrooms, and a great front porch apace with a hammock to watch the sunrise. Quite street just blocks from the center of downtown Sanford. I've used their properties 8-10 tines and ive never been disappointed. ”

“This home was absolutely perfect! Super cute and wonderfully decorated — it instantly felt like home. Everything was spotless, and the fenced-in property gave us both privacy and peace of mind. The location is right in the heart of Umatilla, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Communication with the host was a 10/10 — quick, friendly, and so accommodating. I can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again!”

“Fantastic stay a the floating cottage! Kim was fantastic in her communication, providing timely updates and very fast answers to our questions. The cottage was spotless and exactly as described. And it was located in the right spot for us, as we spent the weekend in nature. Turtles were fun, and the visiting gator was super cool (but no feeding the gators!). ”

“This was the perfect answer to our family's much needed 'stay-cation'. (We live locally). The home is very clean and spacious. The neighborhood is moderately busy (traffic) during the day but was very quiet at night. We all very much enjoyed the pool. The host (Rose) was very patient and responsive to my many questions. The King size bed is indeed a platform bed that I needed a step stool to get into. The entrance step to the house seems a little higher than normal as well. Someone that was not……

Everything we needed for our stay was in place and in excellent condition. The beds are high quality and comfortable. The pool and the view of the lake are exquisite. It is very apparent that the hosts take great pride in the property.The local town of DeLand is very pretty and just about any retail store you could need are all within 5 minutes of the property.
