“Struttura pulita ed accogliente. Unica cosa negativa che all’arrivo non ho trovato nessuno a farmi fare check-in e siamo rimasti fuori. Ho dovuto contattare l’assistenza con non pochi problemi. Problema ripetutosi l’indomani in quanto il codice per aprire la porta non funzionava. Nella porta non ci sono chiavi e tutto è gestito tramite app.”
“This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped……
“Glitches in communication sent me to an incorrect apt complex, was redirected to a different part of the city, turned out much better than the incorrect one, very nice, cleanliness not on par with concierge living, overall, very comfortable. Need instructions in the apartment for better communication. Had to wing it on a couple of things...”
