「We knew this wasn’t typical all-inclusive hotel, but the meal service kept changing during our stay. First, breakfast was a buffet, then it switched to a menu. One day the service was perfect, the next day it wasn’t. We couldn’t use the beach because of the large amount of seaweed. The rooftop pool is for adults only. The kids couldn’t enjoy the view. Our vacation wasn’t bad, it was just good.」

「If you have been to other 5 star all inclusive resorts, you will not consider this to be on the same level. It is a pretty resort. The food is good! The beach is not great! There are no restaurants with a view. The theater is stuffy and very plain. Be prepared to be harassed a little to be ‘upsold’. Wine with dinner… here is a list of pricey wines. Walking to breakfast or drinks by the pool, you really need to plan a massage. It is not the fault of the resort, but there is literal poop all over...

「The locations and vibe is amazing. It’s a perfect spot to relax. The food is limited there are three restaurants on the property and a food truck but it felt like we had ample options and they’re very accommodating. Would totally recommend for a relaxing getaway. 」
