「Staff unfriendly and rude, food and drinks would take up to and hour to get and if you ask, staff would get mad at you! Extremely limited food options at only one restaurant with 2 menus (italian-mexican-italian-mexican) Pool water cold. No music all day and no any kind of entertainment, everything is closed at 10pm. Beach small and overgrown with weeds. Towel shortage in the room and beach. 」

「Excellent service, room was spacious and comfortable, staff is amazing, food is good (but they could have a daily special which could bring something new to the menu, and also more seasonal). The buffet at Le Bisous restaurant was spectacular. The only downside is as a gay couple, we would have found appropriated to be called Mr and Mr, on the welcome letter (it was Mr and Mrs). It is not as if the hotel did not know as we pre checked in and also I contacted them prior to the trip to be sure...

「Pros: pools are nice, bartenders give good service, rooms are large and clean, easy for kids to eat whenever they want. The beach is actually very nice with cabanas for shade and good service from The bartenders. Long and difficult check in, food is not great at all, drinks never taste that good. Long waits for eating dinner bc you can’t make a reservation so be prepared to show up early and wait for very mediocre food. 」

The location of the hotel was only 2 blocks from vendors, restaurants, etc. and was very safe to walk late at night from the clubs very everything was close to the hotel. 」

「I booked through Expedia and paid in full or so I thought. At check-in I'm told there is a environmental fee right then. Nothing about that was listed on the website about this additional. I don't like being taken advantage of and I think everyone who checks in here is. If it's a legit fee why not have it in your booking or forewarn of it in the listing? As for the room it was big and air conditioned. The water in the sink and shower is salty due to it being right on the beach. And the toilet...

「This house is wonderful. The view of the waves is amazing. The property is clean. The kitchen supplies were underwhelming but adequate. The coffee pot wasn’t working so we bought a new one. Microwave didn’t quite heat up so we just use the stove top. We had planned on eating out most meals anyways so many great local restaurants nearby. And the best of all is Camelo the local dog that’s been his days at this house. 13 out of 10 for sure!!!」
