「This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I told the resort that my wife is pregnant and asked if the room would be ready on time. They said it would and encourage me to show up to the resort as early as possible. The room was not ready for almost 2 hours until after our check in time. They refuse to be helpful throughout this whole process, and once we checked into the room, there was no hot water throughout the duration of our stay instead of giving us a new room. They...
