“Our room wasn’t offered clean towels for two days. Our bed wasn’t made timely during day hours while we were out. Some receptionists weren’t very friendly: just overall experience wasn’t the best. We’ve stayed here every year for the past 3. This was the worst yet experience.”

“Room 240 could’ve been cleaner. I wipe down myself. The bathroom floor was not clean, the tub was not or could’ve been cleaner better. The pillows were flat. This location needs an upgrade! The staff were friendly.”

“The hotel was clean! The staff was very professional and helpful! However, the room looked very cheaply renovated. Lots of patched up spots in the ceiling. Bathroom door was several different colors of brown. The carpet needs to be cleaned or removed. There was a slight smell over near the bathroom/fridge/microwave area. The front door entrance absolutely annoying! You have to push the handicapped button or pull/push for it to open instead of having sensors. When you have a lot in your hands……

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……

“Great place for a number kf reasons including the location and staff and the price and the amenities, such as the sleek bathroom fixtures, granite shower walls, and great immediate water pressure and hot water! Have stayed here several times in the past two years and they are great. Think of it as an Ikea room dropped into Europe. If you're OK with that, or even better…if you love that idea… you're gonna be very happy here, as I have been.”

“Awful mildew smell in hallways. Completely dirty carpeting and walls on the 4th floor. THE SMELLLLL!!! Elevators were so hot. No certificate in elevator either. Room was clean. Tile flooring throughout. Bathroom sink outside the bathroom. Shower was good but bathroom was so small and cramped with no place to hang towels at all. Breakfast was NOT GOOD. COLD. French toast was hard as a rock at 630 am. How? Knats everywhere as well as flies.”

“The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! See you all again in the near future.”
