"It wasn't fancy, and we didn't need it to be, but our room was clean. The bed was comfortable & we both had a good sleep. Air conditioner was powerful, which was great. We would ask for an upper level room if staying longer. We don't care for having a sliding door on a ground floor. Ours was on the street/parking lot side, so we just kept the curtains closed. We were happpy to discover an award winning fish & chip restaurant (with delicious halibut) just down street, less than a minutes drive away. Very walkable distance on a cooler day, plus there's a little cafe across street (didn't have time to use). We were only in town one night & the price was good & we were satisfied with our stay."

AC units were definitely appreciated during some of the significantly hotter days. Great location near fishing, beach and trails.Host was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!"
